I've always been a fan of the 1911 and have fancied the idea of finding one of the original Colt navy 1911's..

But cost and availability has always kept the colt out of reach.

Ruger and Talo Distributors hooked me up this year with a special run on their SR1911's.

USN Serial numbered 1 of 500 Navy Seal Foundation SR1911. Two tone-flat black and polished CDC finished stainless, gold emblems on both sides (one ruger emblem and the seal emblem on the other side).

We've all got our style of hunting, as long as it's within the law, ethical and you enjoy it.... Go for it.

thats pretty cool

Trying to balance hunting and work, and the scales leaning to much to one side.
