just looked at highway patrol road closure site and says lots of highways closed and expected to stay closed till feb. 20 

but once they start repairing damage they could lift evac order anytime .

177,000 inside evac area 

evaluating  it by the hour

Fairgrounds in woodland is full of evacuees... buddy said evening before last there were cars lined up from the knights landing bridge north, as far as the eye could see.

If it were me, I'd have headed the opposite way the water is supposed to go. Like north west.
