Congrats to all who have spent time in the woods this past season. And I appreciate all of the posts on this thread.........sometimes a few pictures of big bucks is all you need to keep ya going.
I hunted 13 days this year have seen 10 bucks and finally had a great shot opportunity at 40 yards through some vine maple. Waited 3 minutes for the deer to move 1 step and then another minute while he held his head up sniffin' around......I figured I had been had. Took the shot once he stepped into my lane and he dropped immediately!

Last day buck - 4 X 3 with eyeguards, so 9 more for the Geezers. Will send photo to Dan with plea for help as I get Rod's "no permission" message and don't have a PhotoBucket account!

Mikes (15 yrs old) buck looks like 7 points with those little extras around the bases.

Hey, here is a pic of my 2014 deer, if I need to post a pic of me with it just let me know. I have a few but they are not really good pictures.
Anyway just a 4x4 with eyeguards 10 points for the geriatric group.

im brand new here . just signed in although i've known about the site a couple years . always looking for new hunting sites .
got a nice 4x3 NON TYPICAL in calif. zone C1 last year . my pup first kill and he found it when i couldnt . trying to figure out how to post pics on here
i cant resize my pics , never learned how and im back country hunting fool , not puter geek
